You’re a Self-Doubter Superhero
Even if you don’t feel like it sometimes
Empathy:
You’re brilliant, but your brain loves to whisper, “Who do you think you are?” You juggle the business, the kids, the appointments—and still question if you’re doing any of it “right.” I’ve been there. I lost my identity, my fulfillment, and asked “What about me?” on repeat before I found coaching and hypnotherapy.
Meaning:
Self‑Doubters are thoughtful, deeply caring, and aware. Your mind is powerful—it just learned to aim that power at second‑guessing instead of self‑belief.
Tiny actions:
When doubt pops up, add “…for now” to the end of the thought. “I’m not good at this… for now.”
Write one sentence beginning with: “If I trusted myself 10% more today, I would…”
